Meet the Coach

Matteo Tonarelli

More than 15 years of experience in large corporations such as Google and Salesforce, managing sales teams as Head of Sales and Regional Vice President, new business acquisitions, and indirect channels, as well as 6 years of experience as a Venture Developer for various international VC firms. Matteo holds a BSc with Honours from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, a double degree with honours from Bocconi University, and an MBA with honours from the Université de Genève.

Pilar Alfonso Rico

Pilar Alfonso Rico is a Spanish professional with a career spanning Germany, the USA, Nigeria, Mexico, Oman, and Ireland. Starting in Law and Journalism, she later earned an MBA. In 2016, she joined Google as a Business Development Manager. Her international experience led her back to Spain for a technical role at META.
Specializing in digital marketing consultancy and sales, Pilar now serves as Iberia's Head of Startups and VCs at TikTok.
